So it only makes sense to have the technology of your public profile behave like you and your clients: fully mobile responsive, and deeply socially integrated.

My clients and customers have told me that I was so comfortable to work with in a transaction. They say that I make a possible stressful situation easy and doable. These favorable comments have come to me many times and even in writing. I normally don’t toot my horn but I am very proud of this and enjoy being a REALTOR® putting transactions together and closing the deal.

    Clarence Lupton’s Mission

I have worked for nearly 30 years in the real-estate business and can assuredly say that I have served every one of my clients by the most ethical and honest means possible. As a professional REALTOR®—and as a person—I believe in doing what is morally right over what may be more expedient. I will not compromise on my spiritual beliefs, even if it means I may suffer financially.

My profession has allowed me to provide a living for my family, as well as save for the future. It is only right, then, that I do what is within my power to contribute to the benefit and welfare of the people with whom I associate—whether buyer, seller, or agent. The Chapel Hill community has given me so much, and I wish to give back however I can.

After 30+ years as a REALTOR®, I still enjoy helping people buy and/or sell their home. I think my 25 years military experience helped to make me a “people” person. I even work weekends when it is necessary.
